About CAES
- Center for Agricultural and Environmental Studies (CAES) was established in 2011.
- It is one of the center under the management of RUA.
- The CAES plays a vital role in capacity building, research related to environment, climate change, agriculture, forestry, and particularly the sustainable land management in Cambodia.

Mission
To build the capacities of students, researchers and decision makers by providing the highest quality of research analysis and extension approach, concerning agriculture, forestry and natural resources, climate change, wetlands, renewable energy, food systems, technology, and the environment.
Our Vision
- Build relationships with policy decision makers and stakeholders through research forum and scientific conference to identify critical policy issues for the Center’s work.
- Facilitate problem-driven, policy-relevant research founded and promote collaboration with other sciences.
- Provide a venue in which other scientists can collaborate, share data, and integrate models to address complex questions from multiple perspectives.
- Communicate findings to decision makers and stakeholders through a variety of media, including its web page, policy briefs, roundtable, public forums and news media.
